Tuesday, October 17th: Full Day of Keynote Speakers, Workshops & Agency Showcases from 9AM-4:30PM, followed by a Networking Cocktail Reception from 4:30-7:00PM. Spend the morning with Peggy Grall, who will facilitate an interactive coaching session to help you implement new leadership and change management techniques.

Wednesday, October 18th: The Conference continues with Keynote Speaker Kelli Wood, Workshops, and Panel Discussions from 9:00AM-1:00PM. Join us for an "Evening at the Art Gallery of Ontario" with a guided tour of the AGO Collection and architecture.


Keynote Speakers



Peggy Grall is a Certified Executive Coach, former Psychotherapist, and author of 3 books on Managing Change in the Workplace. All conference attendees will receive a copy of her book "Managing the Big Fat Changes at Work".

Kelli Wood, Head Coach & Provost of the altMBA, designed by Leadership Guru Seth Godin for high-performing individuals who want to level up and lead. Kelli's keynote will explore the key principles of empowering leadership. All conference attendees will receive copies of Seth Godin's books "Linchpin" and "Tribes".
